Sign of the Cross

I have been created from love,
for a life of love,
lived with a God of love.

Guide me by grace,
through faith,
to a new life and mission.

Made Alive in Christ

But God, who is rich in mercy, out of the great love with which he loved us even when we were dead through our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ — by grace you have been saved — and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, so that in the ages to come he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.

For by grace you have been saved through faith, and this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God —  not the result of works, so that no one may boast.  For we are what he has made us, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand to be our way of life.
Ephesians 2:4-10

Christ, out of love, gave Himself completely in order to save you. His outstretched arms on the cross are the most telling sign that He will stop at nothing in order to love you.

It is this same Christ who continues to save and redeem us by His love. Everyone is offered salvation; those who accept this offer are set free from the consequence of sin, sorrow, inner emptiness and loneliness. No matter how far you might stray, He will find you, forgive you and never forget you.  This is His nature. To love and to save.

Jesus’ love is greater than our problems, frailties and flaws. Yet, it is in our weakness that His grace is strongest. He will always embrace us. Salvation is not earned, but is a gift freely given. In this hope, we can turn to Him with a joy that comes from knowing we have been loved more than we could ever imagine.

Do not allow yourself to be seduced or enslaved by any other thought or perception. You are priceless before the Lord.  Allow yourself to be saved, over and over again. Confess your failings. Seek mercy which leads to freedom. Contemplate your creation. Know you are loved.
